Our relationship will be all the way throughout the year, with a minimum quarterly touchpoint – not just at the end of the financial year.
How does it work?
First we will set you up with a Xero file (if you don’t already have one).
You will reconcile your Xero feed, invoice out, and pay your bills/staff members etc, while we do the big picture things such as your tax compliance, tax planning and strategic meetings.
You will receive multiple communications
from us throughout the year as we prompt each quarter, check your files and Xero account and have a chat.
You’ll hear from us with emails, SMS, phone calls and Zoom meetings.
Our best clients tell us how much they appreciate this because it shows you what we are focusing on and which deadlines are approaching.
You will feel reassured
that your business is up to date with their obligations.
What this means to you is that all your documents are lodged, all boxes are ticked, and you can be confident that your taxation and statutory commitments are being met.

You will know how much it costs
Instead of a yearly fee, you will be direct debited each month as part of our ongoing partnership with your business.
These monthly debits start from $150+gst per month.
(this equals $1,800+gst per year).
Depending on the size of your business, the structure, and the complexity involved the prices increase from here.
We don’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ package, as we wouldn’t charge you for a service which you simply do not need.
