We send various communications throughout the year, and it’s important that you receive them.

Some email accounts can sometimes flag emails as spam accidentally, and we want to help make sure ours don’t end up in that boat.

One thing we recommend for all email providers, is that you could set our emails as a contact.

  4. Type ‘optimisedaccounting.com.au’ into the text box in the Safe senders area.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Click Save at the top of the page.

  2. Select the email.
  3. Click Not Spam at the top of the page.
